Pratt Burnerds economy model geared scroll self centring chuck is available in sizes from 80 - 400mm diameter. Chuck accuracy conforms to ISO 3089 : 1991 (E) Class II. The bodies are manufactured from high strength nodular iron which gives excellent resistance to impact together with enhanced bearings properties. The jaw ways of 160mm chucks and larger incorporate hardened and ground wear strips which help extend the working life of the chucks. All component parts are manufactured from high quality alloy steels and are heat treated to produce the optimum properties of hardness and strength. Chucks are supplied with one set of single piece hard inside jaws and one set of outside gripping jaws. Soft jaws are available from stock . Metric Standard Accuracy Scroll Chucks take the same adaptors plates as Super Precision Scroll and Griptru Scroll Chucks
