This range of versatile self-centring chucks is suitable for all normal turning requirements on standard and automatic lathes. Available in 3 jaw version and supplied either with hard inside and outside jaws or, alternatively hard base and reversible top jaws. The all metric design incorporates an S.G. iron body and size 160mm and above have the advantage of hardened wear strips fitted in the jaw ways to ensure longer chuck life. Chucks of 125mm and above are manufactured to DIN 6350 standards and, using the nominated pinion, a repeatability of 25µm F.I.M. is guaranteed. Available to suit all international spindle noses. Jaws and adaptor plates are interchangeable with Standard Accuracy and Griptru Scroll Chucks.
