Vertex BS-2 Dividing Head With 200mm 3 Jaw Chuck

These dividing heads can divide into any angle by the direct, indirect, or differential methods. The ratio between the worm and the wormgear is 40:1.

Hardened and ground spindle is rigidly held in taper roller bearings.

The swivel head can be locked at any angle from 10 deg below horizontal to 90 deg vertical; precision fitting to base ensures smooth rotation.

Both models have threaded spindle nose and 24 hole dividing plate with easy conversion to fast direct indexing on numbers 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24.

Easy indexing of all numbers from 2 to 50 and many numbers from 52 to 380.

Accurate precision , little backlash, fine appearance and strong structure ensure smooth rotation.

Supplied with 2 dividing plates, 200mm 3 Jaw Chuck & tailstock & set of gears
