ER25 Myford Mount Collet Chuck

Ergonomic design with hand grip and multiple tommy bar holes for quick and easy fitting and removal on your machine.

Body and nut are manufactured from high tensile steel.

Collets supplied individually or in a set of 15 depending on your personal requirements.

Supplied complete with a spanner, a tommy bar and instruction sheet.

This collet chuck takes the popular ER25 collets which each have a range of 1mm, thus eliminating the need fot both imperial & metric collets. It is possible to attain an accuracy of 0.0004” T.I.R. with these chucks, which is far more accurate than standard 3 jaw chucks.
Available in two models; one for direct mounting onto a Myford spindle nose (1.1/8 x 12 TPI) and one for flange mounting using a suitable backplate or faceplate.
