Features
Semi-spherical segment eliminates jaw lifting and work-piece tilting.
One piece casting of vice bed and fixed jaw.
Rigid material-ductile iron FCD60JIS (equal to GGG60) with 60kg/mm2 or 80,000 psi tensile strength.
Vice bed flame hardened to HRC 45 and up takes up wear and maintain accuracy for long.
Chip covers are provided on each vice to preventing chips falling into leadscrew and inside of vice.
Jaws are reversible with a step on one side allowing clamping of thin workpieces.
