Matchling Precision Sine Vice

Made of hardened tool steel machined & ground to close tolerances.

The moving jaw has both a vertical & horizontal ground vee for holding round bars.

Clamping the workpiece is performed by sliding the moving jaw to the workpiece and then tightening the caphead screw which in turn move the jaw both forwards and downwards preventing the workpiece from lifting.

Parallel to within 0.005mm/100mm

Squareness is within 0.005mm/100mm
