Bison 100mm 3 Jaw Steel Body Precision Scroll Chuck Type 3504
Three jaw precision scroll chuck with two sets of hard jaws, have a high working accuracy capable of satisying the highest demands and are guaranteed to maintain this accuracy for an extended period of time.
The steel body allows application where very high speed is requireded (50% and higher than the speed of standard chucks).
Steel Body : All bearing surfaces carefully hardened and precision ground.
Scroll Plate : Drop forged in fine alloy steel, carefully case hardened. Thread flanks ground on both sides.
Jaws : Made of alloy case steel. Teeth and guildes hardened and fully ground on both sides.
Pinions : Made of alloy case steel, hardened and ground.
Bore = 20mm
Recess = 70mm
Mounting = 3 x M8 on 83mm P.C.D.
